Why do I have to apply?
My style of coaching isn't for everyone. My ideal client is open-minded, interested in developing systems and habits that will make their life feel easier, and ready to make meaningful change. If that's you, the application is just a formaility.
How long will it take to see results?
Every situation is different but I strive to help every client find quick wins while building towards long-term results. Most clients work with my for 3 months. After that, some will retain my services on a maintenance plan so we can continue to check in and maintain accountability without doing intense work. We'll identify what's most important to you and how we can get you there as quickly as possible.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. I am not a licensed therapist. Coaching focuses on future goals and action steps, while therapy often focuses on healing past trauma. Think of coaching as your strategy partner for what’s next.
Do you work with men?
Yes. I work with anyone who has an open mind and is ready for change. While women are often ready to get emotionally deep right away, some men need to get comfortable before opening up. Men often feel comfortable working with me because I have hobbies, like watching F1, that are traditionally more masculine. That allows us to connect first on topics that are not intimate or deep so we can build rapport before diving in.
Are our sessions confidential?
100%. Everything we discuss stays between us. Your privacy and trust mean everything.
Why do you say this for financially stable people?
The coaching I provide requires a considerable time investment on my part which means I am only able to take on a handful of clients at a time. The fewer clients I service, the more I need to charge. Paying for this level of coaching should not be a financial strain for you.
What does lifestyle systems coaching cost?
I currently charge $1500 for each individual month of coaching or $3500 for a 3-month package.
Maintenance coaching, which includes text check-ins and two 30-minute calls or one in-person meeting (if you are local to me) to help you stay on track after our initial engagement, is $350 per month.
